Rose Cafe is looking for a barista lead/assistant manager; a individual with a passion for the service and the hospitality industry. Someone to grow with the new company and strive to meet its goals.Responsibilites: - FOH trainning- Aid/Responsible for FOH hiring- Implementing Company SOP's- Quality control of all drinks- Ordering for Front of House (ie. Milk, Cleaning Chemicals, Coffee, Teas)- Ability to head guest complaints- Ability to problem solve under pressure- Ability to create and manage schedule FOH Skills: - Strong background in coffee/ strong barista skills- Knowledge of all things coffee and tea- Experience with excel would be a bonus- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.- Excellent communication skills- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures, extra bonus if serve safe certified- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Tips will be 60 % of daily tip pooled between FOH
